Requirements / Qualifications
Full-Time Position
$400 Signing Bonus: $2000 Provided at completion of each of your first 2 years of employment.
Internal Applicants: Although an EdJoin application is the only requirement for internal applicants it is recommended that you include all items to allow all panel members a complete view of your qualifications and background.
External Applicants:
Must possess an appropriate California teaching credential authorizing specialized services to students with autism.
Must possess or be able to obtain English Language (EL) certification.
Must possess or be able to obtain No Child Left Behind (NCLB) certification.
If hired, must provide proof of a valid California Driver’s License.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
- Copy of Transcript (Proof of Bachelor’s degree)
- Credential Copy (California Teaching Credential authorizing specialized services to students with autism.)
- English Learner Authorization (Proof of or have the ability to obtain English Learners Authorization)
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two Letters of Recommendation are required-each letter must be dated and have a signature)
