Responsible for: Installing interior and exterior steel stud metal framing on commercial buildings. They will also hang and tape drywall. The Metal Stud Carpenter and Drywall Hanger will work safe and efficiently and keep their areas clean.

Must be able to install interior and exterior steel stud metal framing and hang and tape drywall. Must have at least 12 months experience.



Shifts: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Sunday (days based on need), 40 hours per week. $27.55-$29.25 per hour (based on experience) and $41.33-$43.88 per hour for OT when available.

Must have flexibility to work any days/hours needed, including weekends & holidays. Employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due.
Employer uses a Mon through Sun work week as standard for computing wages due and are paid weekly. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment period. Employer will make all deductions from worker’s paycheck required by law. Employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Employer provides dormitory-style housing not exceeding $150 a week which is deducted from workers’ payroll. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).



Employer will provide transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work. If worker does not use Employer arranged and paid for transportation, Employer will reimburse worker for any transportation costs incurred. If workers require reimbursement for any transportation costs, and subsistence (including meals and lodging), employer will reimburse workers if the worker completes half the employment period. Upon completion of the employment period or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.



Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
Shuttle service will be provided by the company to and from jobsites and lodging.
