- Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly and manage the flow of reservations and walk-ins using the OpenTable app.
- Seating: Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and information about the restaurant as needed.
- Reservation Management: Accurately take and manage reservations via the OpenTable app, ensuring efficient table allocation and guest satisfaction.
- Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently for retail purchases or other transactions as needed.
- Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, managers, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area. Clear, wipe down, and reset tables as needed.
Requirements:
- Age Requirement: Must be 19 years or older.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the restaurant.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
- Licensing: Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Non-Gaming License (casino requirement).
- Technology Proficiency: Must be comfortable using the OpenTable app for managing reservations and seating arrangements.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
