JOB SUMMARY:

Provides friendly, excellent service to all guests by escorting them to their respective seats in the showroom according to information listed on admittance tickets.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


Greet customer and escort them to their respective table and seat them in the showroom. Handle and solve any concerns and questions from customers. Satisfy guests in improving their seats when requested by guests. Monitor cocktail servers to ensure excellent customer service are provided every time. Reconcile ticket sales with accounting and beverage. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2 years showroom usher experience preferred. Must possess excellent customer service, communication skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess outgoing personality and be able to greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:


Able to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around tables when leading customers to be seated in the showroom. Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast pace environment. Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English clearly. Respond to visual and aural cues.
