Position Summary:



Administrator requires a high degree of attention to detail and possible large volume data entry. Database accuracy is the foundation for providing excellent customer service to our customers, and this role is an important part of that effort. Our Vendor Associate completes daily administrative tasks supporting our Vendor Partnership Director, Shared Services Manager, and other company leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

What will the Expectations of this Role be? (This is not a complete list of job duties)


  • This position requires a strong attention to detail and/or analytical/auditing skills.
  • Must have accurate data entry skills
    • Manage vendor lists
    • Administer monthly rebates
    • Complete daily metric and cost input into databases

  • Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to vendors over the phone while communicating in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Must have clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • With accuracy and timely service, prepare documents as required
    • Administer vendor agreements
    • Upload and assign documents into company software program

  • Assist in mail processing
  • County record research
  • Collections experience is helpful
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned, including corporate purchasing

Compensation and Benefits Package:


  • This is an hourly position and pay rate is $15.00 per hour Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
