What You Will Do:

The VP, Head of Luxe Analytics & Insights will lead a team dedicated to advancing Luxe business strategy through data. This role will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders, overseeing division specific dashboard development and advanced analytics, and promoting a data-driven culture. This person will play a crucial role in leveraging data and analytics to create value, drive business growth, and fuel innovation.



In addition to championing data & analytics within the Division Leadership Team, this person will also have a seat on Data & Analytics Leadership Committee, where they will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic development of transversal data and analytics products, ensuring division needs are properly communicated.

Key Job Accountabilities


  • Division Analytics Strategy
    1. Define, develop, and execute the Luxe analytics strategy aligned with business objectives
    2. Partner with the CDAO to implement our data & analytics governance strategy into the division to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our organization’s data assets & insights
    3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance, to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations
    4. Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive growth, innovation, and operational efficiency with the idea of breaking the silos and of avoiding duplicative efforts, time waste and IT frustration

  • Reporting and Insights Generation
    1. Collaborate with data experts to identify and enhance opportunities for data and reporting standardization
    2. Create, Monitor, and improve analytics products, providing support and expertise to use case delivery (framing, feasibility etc..).
    3. Work closely with data & analytics transformation initiatives teams to champion and support the initiatives in the division

  • Unlocking Value with Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning/AI:
    1. Identify opportunities to leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to unlock value and drive innovation
    2. Lead the development and implementation of ML/AI models and algorithms to automate processes, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences

  • Business Partnership and Data Culture Strategy
    1. Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting them in making informed decisions based on data and analytics
    2. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and promote the use of analytics across the business unit


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in data analytics, data management, data governance, or related fields in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of data & analytics frameworks, standards, and best practices
  • Experience in developing and implementing data governance & analytics policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships, credibility and trust with clients, stakeholders, global team members, and other colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter, with the curiosity, energy, drive and stamina to seek out and bring to fruition new opportunities, capability enhancements and improved ways of working
  • Willing to travel periodically
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, positive attitude, and team player
  • Experience in business analysis, user research, maturity road-mapping, change management, planning and reporting
  • Ability to navigate a matrix organization and the ability to influence peers by articulating the product offering and value to business partner

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:


Salary Range : $176,000-$255,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
