We are looking for a VP of Studio Franchise Strategy for Paramount Pictures. They will develop and evangelize long term business and revenue strategies for our key franchises and film titles across Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon.

Responsibilities
- Build/set annual strategy and budget, board of directors, and ad hoc SLT presentations that represent CEO’s vision that will be used by Paramount Pics & Nick executives to inform all LOBs and divisions within Paramount Global
- Help corporate comms and investor relations in translating internal strategies to external facing
- Support Animation studio president and leadership across films to build franchise plans and handle timelines and communications to internal partners
- Coordinate communications across the company (especially Nickelodeon) for key slate titles strategies that will include details like launch plans, marketing, P+, Digital studios, CP etc to ensure a singular cohesive and global narrative
- Generate materials and scripts for all internal and external presentations to represent Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon for all other LOBs (i.e. Consumer Product’s Studio swings, Townhalls, strategy / offsites)
- Drive new business and coordination across emerging, evergreen properties in the Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon library
- Develop positive relationships with Consumer Products and cross-co Strategy teams to understand product strategy. As well as, sync on key information that could be franchise moments (i.e. major collabs), rollout on LOBs, align needs for key retail sell-in moments and build new opportunities for our IP in CP
- Establish cross-co important metrics to handle health of the franchise including franchise P&L, insights / trackers, and other audience metrics for Paramount Picture and Nick properties
- Ad Hoc – internal task-forces, corporate development and corporate strategy inbound & analysis, offsite prep, windowing analysis as examples
Basic Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience working in the entertainment and media in a similar role
- Strong strategy, analytical and problem-solving skills, including knowledge in financial analysis
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $205,000.00 – 254,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is bonus eligible.
