Responsible for facilitating wellness programing for city of Kirkwood Employees

  • 12 hours per week
  • 2 -4 hour shifts onsite with City of Kirkwood
  • 2 hours remote admin work

The Contract Management group within BJC Corporate Health Services includes positions with direct and indirect patient care responsibilities at the three BarnesCare occupational medicine clinics and on-site services.

Role Purpose

Responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating and implementing health education and screening programs.


Responsibilities

  • Plans, develops, coordinates and oversees the delivery of education and screening programs to corporate clients.
  • Provides education and counsels clients on health related issues and screening programs.
  • Measures, communicates, and evaluates effectiveness of programs by ensuring accurate tracking of participants, results and use of evaluation tools.
  • Minimum Requirements



    Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • – Exercise/Health related



    Experience

  • 2-5 years
  • Supervisor Experience


  • No Experience
  • Preferred Requirements


    Education

  • Master’s Degree
  • – Exercise/Health related


    Experience

  • 5-10 years
  • Licenses & Certifications

  • RN
